sylvester stalloneSylvester Stallone was originally born on July 6, 1946, in Hell's Kitchen as Michael Sylvester Gardenzio Stallone. He is the elder son of Francesco "Frank" Stallone Sr. who was who was an Italian hairdresser, aswell being Jackie Stallone Sr., an astrologer/dancer. He has an older brother named Frank Stallone, who is an actor and musician. Because of the complications that occurred during the birth of his daughter, Sylvester's lower left side was crippled. This gave him his now-famous "snarling" and slurred speech and distinctive appearance. Stallone had a portion of his early years in foster care due to of the unstable parent-child relationship. They divorced later. Stallone did his studies in drama at American College in Switzerland, prior to moving to the University of Miami. The actor left Miami before having completed his studies and relocated to New York City to pursue acting as a career.
